SELECTED PROJECTS FROM MY MBA
SYSTEMS ANALYSIS (2005) :
Project Title: Structured System Analysis Requirements & Object Oriented Modeling Report
Project Duration: 4 weeks
Project Objective:

Prepared business requirements for the Faculty of IT, University of Technology Sydney, to build a web based conference service system for international and domestic academics and business practitioners. The project will enable the Faculty of IT and academic users to register, submit academic papers and review.
Project Overview:
? Develop functional requirements using data flow diagram as a graphical representation to show the interrelation among the system and different users.
? Develop data requirements using ER diagram to define data that will be stored in the database.
? Develop CASE MODELS to capture functional requirements of the system, for each Scenario of the interaction between different users and the system.
? Develop sequence diagrams model to show the flow of logic within the system in a visual manner.
? Combine all the events in the use cases into an event flow diagram to develop object-Class diagram in the final stage of the development process.


Managing Consulting (2006) :
Project Title: Consulting Report: MK denture Clinic
Project Duration: 6 weeks
Project Objective:
providing consultation to our Client MK denture Clinic, to improve their business performance ,Maximizing business capacity and growth, as will creating a brand awareness for their new product Invisa-Flex. This task will be achieved by having an overview of the business, and the market to identify the key issues.
Project Overview:
? Conduct interview with the client (MK denture clinic owner) to identify the main issues in his business, and to get information related to his business;

? Discuss business situation with team members, and assign different business fields to team members to start data research on each field, with keeping two-way communication with client;

? Conduct business and market analysis using Analysis tools such ( SWOT, PEST and Porter five forces analysis), to assesses business strategies (marketing, finance), processes and risk;

? Identifying fields of improvement ,evaluate strategic options and formulating recommendation to prepare final repot;

? Presenting the final analysis and recommendation to the client.

Business Process Reengineering (2005) :
Project Title: Process Mapping: IT Scholarship Process
Project Duration: 3 weeks
Project Objective:
The aim of the project is to review the current process for the IT scholarship program at UTS using “AS-IS” map, to bring forth a clearer understanding of the current process using flowchart diagram, then introduce a new process model that improve service, save time, efficient use of HR and reduce cost to improve the total scholarship program quality.
Project Overview:
? Construct a flowchart diagram of the current process, by determining where does the process begin and where does it finish, system inputs, processes ,output and by studying the current process scenario;

? Describe the current process main issues and problems, in the IT scholarship process there was two issues: Time consuming and waste of human resources;

? Introduce improvements to the issues raised; automating the system by using on-line application is a main improvement of the system, which will improve the service quality for students applying.

? Construct a flowchart diagram for the re-engineered process ,built around customer service
